“In the fall of 2018, JML Remodeling did a substantial job for us on our home in Sugar Land. The work included replacing the wood outside with hardie plank and painting it. The owner, Wendell Legarde, was very much present during the work and made sure everything was done to his strict specifications which took a lot of pressure off us. He and his assistant inspected the crew’s work daily and was present during much of it. The trees were trimmed from the house and the gutters were replaced in front and added on the back. All the work was done fast and we were amazed at the quality and appearance when all was finished. Everything was expertly cleaned up and debris removed. They also did a job inside that entailed remodeling my powder room. It was updated and the work was professionally done and we are extremely pleased with the results. Overall this company did an outstanding job and we would not hesitate to call on them again In fact I find myself noticing things around the house that I think may need changing or attention at some point and the first thing that comes to mind is “I need to call Wendell and have him take a look”.”

“After purchasing my home I decided to have some upgrades performed before I moved in. I called Wendell. He did an excellent job on all the remodeling. He removed the carpet and installed hardwood floors in the study, dining room, halls, and living room. He built a beautiful wood cabinet/granite island 80” long with pendant lights. He painted the kitchen, master bedroom, and bath and installed a wall to separate the dining room from the study. Needless to say, I am extremely happy with his work and remodeling to my house. I will definitely have him do my future remodeling projects.”
